Workday HCM Functional Architect

The Workday HCM Functional Architect is the go-to implementation leader, providing expert guidance and delivery for functional area engagements.

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple, concurrent Workday implementations across all functional areas.
  • Design and configure solutions with efficiency and accuracy through Architect Workshops and Client Confirmation Sessions.
  • Provide advice and guidance to Engagement Managers and leads as a sounding board and advocate.
  • Mentor junior project resources in new skills and functional areas.
Key Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Current Workday Certification and certification in at least two subspecialties necessary.
  • Completed minimum 3-5 full lifecycle Workday Implementations required.
Duties & Tasks
  • Regular attendance at Workday KSS calls for product areas.
  • Collaboration with Engagement Manager and Portfolio Director to achieve high client satisfaction levels.
  • Risk management through open discussion with appropriate personnel.
  • Internal QA process conducted regularly.
