Senior Functional Architect Job Summary

The Senior Functional Architect is a key implementation leader responsible for delivering expert guidance and leadership on functional area engagements. As the primary point of contact, you will work closely with stakeholders to provide overarching strategic guidance and leadership on engagements.

This role involves providing functional leadership on multiple concurrent Workday functional area implementations, overseeing workshops and client confirmation sessions, and ensuring efficient and accurate design and configuration of the delivered solution.

Responsibilities
  • Lead functional area implementations to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans to meet business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams.
Skills & Requirements
  • Workday Certification.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience in leading Workday implementations.
