Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Michael Page. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in payroll and possess strong attention to detail, be proactive, and have excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Process end-to-end payroll, including preparing and administering employment contracts, processing employee terminations, addressing payroll-related inquiries, and delivering monthly and ad-hoc payroll reports.
- Assist with the implementation of a new payroll system, ensuring a smooth transition by providing critical input into design, testing, and execution phases.
- 3-4 years of payroll experience in a standalone role.
- Experience across all statutory compliance requirements within payroll, including work cover, timesheets, EBAs, and Awards.
- Strong attention to detail, proactivity, and excellent communication skills.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on location).
