Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Generalist HR Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality trusted HR advice and service to all employees, support self-service and resolution of HR related queries, and assist with performance management issues.

Responsibilities
  • Provide HR advice and service to employees on HR related enquiries.
  • Support self-service and advice and resolution of HR related queries.
  • Assist with performance management issues.
  • Remuneration and recognition support.
  • Support the job change and internal transfer process.
  • Learning/training course advice and administration.
  • Support various people-related projects and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience in a systems/process HR role, working in a business partnering role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
