Job Position

Our organization seeks an experienced and skilled Human Resources Generalist to lead their HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate and execute a comprehensive human resources strategy, focusing on talent acquisition, employee retention, and succession planning.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to proactively identify, attract, and retain top talent by developing effective recruitment strategies and building a robust talent pipeline.
  • Provide guidance and support as a trusted advisor on all employee relations matters.
  • Lead performance management initiatives, offering assistance and guidance to managers on under-performance.
  • Partner with the team to regularly review and update organizational policies and procedures.
Required Qualifications:
  • 7-9 years of HR experience in various settings.
  • A degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills are essential.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders is highly valued.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a proven track record of managing, mentoring, and developing high-performing HR teams.

  1. Proactively identify emerging talent trends and technologies to inform recruitment strategies.

  1. Develop and implement targeted retention programs focused on career development, work-life balance, and employee engagement.
