Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Business Partner to join our team. This role involves providing generalist HR advice and functions to facilitate an equitable, efficient and effective workforce.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining stakeholder and customer relationships within the allocated area of responsibility. They will also contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, strategies and operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders and customers
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and strategies
  • Provide generalist HR advice and consultancy services to clients
Requirements:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification in human resources management or business
  • Solid knowledge of legislative and regulative requirements relating to HR management and industrial relations
  • Highly developed interpersonal skills, including dispute management and alternate dispute resolution
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a proven ability to analyse and problem solve
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced computing skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience using HR information systems
