Human Resources Generalist Role Description

This is a pivotal position within our organization where you will play a significant role in driving the day-to-day operations of the People Operations team.

The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on performance management and employee relations. They should have a proven track record of developing and implementing HR programs that align with business objectives.

You will be responsible for owning and evolving the global onboarding process, from acceptance to first day, as well as providing support and guidance across the full employee lifecycle. You will manage staff performance, own Learning & Development activities, and ensure people-related processes are refined in line with changing laws.
