This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, where you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth operation of our resort in Port Douglas.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the front office team to deliver exceptional service and results, motivating and inspiring them to achieve their best.
- Direct and promote collaboration between different resort departments, fostering a positive working relationship and driving teamwork.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff members, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times.
- Work closely with the Resort Manager to develop and implement policies and procedures.
What We Are Looking For:
- Proven leadership abilities, with experience in motivating, training, coaching, and disciplining employees.
- Flexibility to work variable shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet client expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to identify and resolve workplace problems.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a rapidly changing environment, with experience in Resort Hospitality Management.
