Job Title: Cluster Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead multiple teams across a portfolio of properties, driving revenue, improving efficiency, and reducing operational costs.

About the Role:

This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in multi-property or senior management to drive business growth, whilst maintaining accountability for product and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee profitability, presentation and operations of multiple properties
  • Coach, develop and manage property teams to achieve their highest potential
  • Analyse data to drive revenue, improve RevPAR, and reduce operational costs
  • Maintain accountability for overall efficiency and performance of the properties
  • Manage body corporate and guest relations while maintaining compliance with brand, safety, and sustainability standards
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need extensive experience in multi-property or senior hotel management, with a proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards whilst maximising revenue and minimising expenses. You should also have demonstrated financial acumen, strong focus on driving revenue, strategic business acumen and commercial reality, as well as clear and confident communication skills.
