World-class Front Office Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate and inspire the front office team to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Direct and promote a good working relationship between the various resort departments
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times
  • Assist the Resort Manager with the planning, implementing, and monitoring of policy and procedure
Requirements:
  • Proven management abilities and experience in resort hospitality management
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Experience in motivating, inspiring, training, coaching, and disciplining employees
  • Ability to multi-task and work productively in a fast-paced, changing environment
