Job Opportunity

The Front Office Director is responsible for leading the efficient day-to-day operation of the resort.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive and motivate the front office team to achieve high standards
  2. Build and maintain a positive working relationship between departments, promoting effective teamwork
  3. Direct the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff, ensuring adequate coverage at all times
  4. Support the Resort Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures
Requirements
  1. Proven leadership abilities with experience in management
  2. Ability to work effectively with clients to ensure excellent service standards
  3. Skills in motivating, inspiring, training, coaching, and disciplining employees
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  5. Capacity to identify and solve problems in the workplace
  6. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced environments
  7. Experience in Resort Hospitality Management
