Provide exceptional service to owners and guests by working autonomously in a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to after-hours guest enquiries and complete check-ins/check-outs efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough security inspections and maintain public areas to ensure a secure and pleasant atmosphere for all.
  • Offer outstanding customer service skills to build trust and satisfaction with clients.
  • Perform routine security checks and noise monitoring to prevent disruptions.
  • Participate in light cleaning duties in public areas to maintain a clean and inviting space.
  • Assist with clerical and reception tasks, including balancing front office transactions accurately.
  • Maintain precise records and handovers for the morning team to ensure seamless communication and execution.

As a Night Auditor, you will play a key role in ensuring the overall quality and efficiency of our operations.

Requirements
  • Ability to work independently and handle emergency situations confidently.
  • Strong attention to detail with proficiency in completing clerical and light cleaning tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of cash handling and record keeping procedures.
  • Capacity to remain calm and professional under pressure while maintaining high standards of performance.

While prior security or hospitality experience is beneficial, we provide training and support for the right candidate to excel in this position.
