The Role: We're looking for a friendly and customer-focused Guest Service Agent to join us on a casual basis.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
  • Answering enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
  • Assisting with reservations and payments
  • Providing local knowledge and recommendations to enhance guest stays
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Previous front office or customer service experience (hotel/resort preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence using computer systems and able to learn new software
  • Presents professionally and has a positive, can-do attitude
  • Available to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
