Job Title: Resort Operations Director

Description

The Resort Operations Director is responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the resort. This role interacts with owners and guests, all resort departments, the community, and the corporate office as necessary.

Key Responsibilities
  • Motivate and inspire the front office team to achieve exceptional results.
  • Direct and promote a good working relationship between the various resort departments, encouraging teamwork and collaboration.
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff to ensure adequate staffing levels at all times.
  • Assist the Resort Manager in planning, implementing, and monitoring policies and procedures to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Proven management abilities with a strong track record of success.
  • Availability and flexibility to meet with clients to ensure the highest standards are met and maintained within reason.
  • Demonstrated experience in motivating, inspiring, training, coaching, and disciplining employees to achieve exceptional results.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to recognize and solve problems in the workplace in a timely and effective manner.
  • Ability to multitask and work productively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
  • Experience in Resort Hospitality Management with a deep understanding of industry trends and best practices.
