The RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to lead the Front Office team in our Port Douglas resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of the front office, interacting with owners and guests, resort departments, and the corporate office as necessary. Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Motivate and inspire the front office team
  • Direct and promote a good working relationship between the various resort departments
  • Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff
  • Assist the Resort Manager with planning, implementing, and monitoring policy and procedure
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to recognize and solve problems in the workplace
  • Ability to multi-task and work productively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in Resort Hospitality Management
