This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Business Development Manager. As a key player in accelerating sales and revenue growth for Harvey's, TOS, and the catering division, you will be instrumental in driving commercial results.
We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving commercial growth. The successful candidate will have strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
The ideal candidate will have a highly motivated and energetic 'hunter' mindset for new business for multiple venues, with a strong ability to build and leverage professional relationships within Melbourne's hospitality or events sectors.
About This Role:- Deliver measurable sales growth across designated venues and catering by identifying and securing new business opportunities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase group bookings, private functions, and event sales
- Negotiate and close contracts for large bookings, events, and catering packages
- Broaden the customer base through strategic partnerships
- Evaluate market trends to drive informed decision making
- Cultivate strong client relationships to ensure repeat business
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in hospitality, events, or catering
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving commercial growth
