Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Client Growth Manager to play a pivotal role in advancing our client-focused strategy.

This high-profile position sits within a business development, marketing and communications function at a professional services firm.

You will lead multiple client engagement programs across key client and prospect portfolios, coach stakeholders to build capability in client conversations and growth initiatives, and develop toolkits and processes to enable sustainable client development practices.

You will partner with BD and Client Managers to uncover growth opportunities, ensure accountability and measure progress. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive impact across a national platform and be part of a collaborative team.

About You
  • Extensive experience (ideally 10+ years) in senior business development or client development roles within a professional services environment
  • A strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders and coaching teams to embed client development strategies
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge thinking and guide conversations
  • High emotional intelligence and a collaborative working style
  • A strategic approach to building internal capability, enabling others to drive client outcomes effectively

This role is instrumental in driving a culture of client-centricity by coaching stakeholders, embedding best practice, and building internal capability around client development.
