We are a growing hospitality group with multiple exceptional venues across Melbourne.
The Business Development Manager will be instrumental in driving revenue growth and accelerating sales for our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver measurable sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase bookings and event sales.
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline - ensuring conversion rates and revenue targets are consistently met.
- Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients and event agencies.
- Negotiate and close contracts for large bookings and events.
- Collaborate with marketing and venue operations to deliver targeted campaigns and exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business development or sales in hospitality, events, or catering.
- Demonstrated track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and driving commercial growth.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and presentation skills.
