Drive Digital Transformation in Everyday Business Banking
The Commonwealth Bank is seeking a highly skilled Strategic Product Manager for Merchant Solutions to join our Everyday Business Banking team. As a key member of our Deposit and Transactions Crew, you will be accountable for driving the development and delivery of digital products and services that meet the evolving needs of our business customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Product Development and Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products and features that drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Cash and Cheque Strategy: Develop and implement cash and cheque strategies that meet the needs of our business and institutional customers.
- Operational Risk Management: Ensure robust operational risk management practices are in place to mitigate risks associated with product development and delivery.
Requirements
- Domain Knowledge: Deep domain knowledge in the cards value chain and payment systems.
- Product Management Experience: Proven experience in product management, with a focus on digital products and services.
- Agile Project Management: Experience working in Agile project management environments, with a focus on delivering high-quality products on time.
- Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
