Senior Product Manager Opportunity

About the Role

The Commonwealth Bank is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our Everyday Business Banking (EBB) team. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for the development of Virtual Accounts capability and ensuring its configuration with our deposit product suite.

About the Team

The EBB team supports the full spectrum of customers' needs from small businesses to large corporates. We have accountability for Deposit and Transaction Product and Portfolio Management, Cash Channel Strategy, Merchant Solutions, Business Customer Onboarding, Customer lifecycle Management, and Business Customer Propositions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a defined product strategic roadmap.
  • Lead and influence without direct authority.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive customer and strategic outcomes.
  • Monitor and drive product performance, meeting key regulatory, operational risk, and product governance requirements.
  • Optimise customer experience and drive change across the business.

What You'll Bring

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in financial services, product management, and/or process improvement.
  • Proven success in leading and executing a defined product strategic roadmap.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrated people leadership experience.
  • Risk mindset and strong problem-solving capabilities.
