About the Role

The Commonwealth Bank is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Everyday Business Banking team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of our Deposit and Transactions products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new products and services.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions.
  • Manage product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance to inform future product development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in product management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
