Diverseco Pty Ltd seeks an experienced Senior Sales and Business Growth Professional to join their Perth team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-driven individual to contribute to the company's growth and success.

As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for generating leads through referrals, online, social media, and your own initiatives. You will interact positively with customers at every level, including phone calls, face-to-face meetings, cold calling, and site inspections.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational and time management skills, as well as superior communication skills both written and verbal. A current Australian driver's licence and full working rights within Australia are also required.

Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum

Job Description:

  • Generate leads through referrals, online, social media, and your own initiatives.
  • Interact positively with customers at every level.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Plan and follow up on all leads.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and ERP systems.
  • Participate actively in internal meetings and sales operations.
  • Monitor and report on sales and pipeline progress.
  • Conduct market analysis and reporting on customer and competitor activity.
