Job Description

This pivotal role will support our Aboriginal Corporation Members by facilitating business development opportunities and enhancing their capabilities through effective stakeholder engagement. As a Senior Business Growth Strategist, you will provide tailored support for both start-ups and established businesses, ensuring they have the tools and resources necessary to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with Members to identify business needs and provide access to resources and support
  • Conduct one-on-one consultations for business ideas, funding, and operational strategies
  • Build relationships with industry stakeholders and investors to create business opportunities
Skills and Qualifications
  • Significant experience in business development or related fields, preferably within Aboriginal communities or organisations
  • Proven track record of supporting start-ups and established businesses in achieving growth
  • Strong understanding of Aboriginal culture, practices, and community engagement
  • Qualifications in business administration, management, or a related discipline (desirable)
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package estimated around $120,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
