Expert Tax Software Implementation Specialist

As a seasoned implementation consultant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-profile tax software projects to esteemed clients. Your expertise in Australian taxation will be leveraged to provide strategic advice and training, while also driving sales enablement activities.
About the Role- Deliver multiple concurrent implementation projects with precision, working closely with project managers.
- Contribute to client retention efforts by supporting relationship managers in their interactions with customers as the technical expert.
- Develop comprehensive guides, implementation reports, training manuals, and other documentation as required.
- Design and deliver engaging training sessions and webinars to clients.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Australian taxation.
- In-depth understanding of tax effect accounting principles and practical applications.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and concisely.
- Exceptional presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills (both verbal and written).
