">Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult and advise on a wide variety of matters, including audits and cross-border issues.
  • Provide international assignment consulting and compliance services.
  • Prepare FBT returns using specialist software.
  • Review and develop FBT policies and procedures for employers.
  • Prepare and review payroll tax returns.
  • Design and implement share plans for C-suite and all other levels.
  • Work collaboratively with data and technology experts to help design automated tools.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in similar or complimentary roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work independently.
  • Strong research and legal interpretation skills.
  • Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Degree qualification, majoring in Accounting, Tax, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Law.
