Job Overview

This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate with our team in tax technology. As a consultant, you will leverage your Australian tax expertise and work on implementation projects of tax software for clients including ASX100 and multi-national corporates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Advise clients as the technical subject matter expert
  • Train clients and prepare guides and other documentation
  • Support the client relationship management team as the technical expert in client conversations
  • Deliver implementation projects for tax software products
  • Be involved in sales enablement activities by scoping and selling the value of our tax software products and services to new and existing customers
  • Deliver multiple implementation projects at the same time, working alongside a project manager
  • Enable client retention and relationship management efforts by supporting the client relationship managers in their dealings with customers as the technical expert
  • Prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals and other documentation as required
  • Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients
About You

You are a fit for this role if you have:

  • Strong experience in Australian tax
  • Understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, concise manner
  • Superb presentation, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
