Australian Tax Implementation Specialist

As a Tax Professional, you will be responsible for delivering implementation projects of tax software to clients across various industries. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly and concisely.
About the Role:- Deliver implementation projects for tax software products, advising clients as a technical subject matter expert and providing training;
- Be involved in sales enablement activities by identifying opportunities to sell the value of our tax software products and services;
- Work on multiple implementation projects simultaneously, collaborating with project managers;
- Support client retention and relationship management efforts by assisting client relationship managers in dealings with customers;
- Prepare guides, implementation reports, training manuals, and other documentation as required;
- Deliver training sessions and webinars to clients.
- 2+ years of experience in Australian tax;
- Understanding of tax effect accounting and its practical applications;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely;
- Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
