Tax Advisory Expert

The employment tax specialist will work closely with a team of experts to develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of global mobility arrangements, pay-as-you-go (PAYG) taxation, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning and salary sacrifice.
- Collaborate on various employment tax matters, including audits and cross-border issues, to provide advisory services to clients across multiple jurisdictions.
- Provide consulting services for international assignments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Utilize specialized software to prepare employment tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Develop and review employment tax policies and procedures for employers, providing expert guidance.
- Prepare and review payroll tax returns, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing compliance.
- Design and implement share plans for executives and other staff members, aligning with company goals and objectives.
- Collaborate with data analysts to create automated tools, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
- Mentor junior colleagues, sharing expertise and promoting professional growth.
