Job Title: Senior Associate - Employment Tax

Join a dynamic team of employment tax experts to develop your specialist tax advisory expertise.

The role involves working with a variety of clients across different industries, providing advice on FBT, payroll tax, superannuation, employee share schemes, remuneration planning, and salary sacrifice arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult and advise on matters related to FBT, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, ESS, PAYG, and employee versus contractor matters
  • Provide international assignment consulting and compliance services
  • Prepare FBT returns using specialist software
  • Review and develop FBT policies and procedures for employers
  • Prepare and review payroll tax returns
  • Design and implement share plans for C-suite and all other levels
Skills & Experience:
  • Experience in a similar or complimentary role
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and work independently
  • Strong research and legal interpretation skills
  • Proactive approach to client relationships and cross-selling of services
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Degree qualification in Accounting, Tax, Commerce, Economics, Finance, or Law
