Overview

Kwela Solutions, a leading Governance Risk & Compliance software company, is seeking a Software Implementation Consultant with experience in risk & compliance and a keenness to implement software. The consultant will join an experienced team that supports clients with the implementation and training of our web-based software, Folio, which enables organisations to align their strategic objectives and regulatory environments with governance, risk & compliance and quality management requirements. Our clients come from a range of industries, including Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, Child, Youth and Family Services, Community Health, Government, Financial Services and more.

Consultants

We are seeking exceptional, self-motivated individuals with a unique blend of interpersonal skills and the ability to implement software. The ideal candidates will have experience in the target industries that we support, either as a consultant, in risk management/quality management, or corporate services role. A strong understanding of both the opportunities and the challenges in the sector will be highly valued.

Responsibilities
  • Preparing, project managing and successfully completing client software implementations
  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships
  • Providing training for new and existing clients
  • Mentoring and training team members on industry requirements
  • Collaborating on the development and improvement of standardised templates and processes for Risk, Incident, and Quality Management
Required Skills
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of organisations
  • Gaining an in-depth understanding of Folio and all its updates and changes
  • Analytical ability to identify solutions in Folio that address the clients\' needs
  • In-depth understanding of the Not for Profit sector, particularly the regulatory, compliance, and risk landscape
  • Proficiency and enjoyment in using software solutions
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel when required – most implementations are online, but some may involve interstate travel
