Expert Tax Technology Specialist

As a tax technology professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of tax software products and services. This dynamic opportunity presents an exciting chance to leverage your experience in Australian tax and contribute to the growth of our business.
You will collaborate closely with the client relationship management team, providing technical expertise in client conversations and guiding them on our tax software offerings. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in sales enablement activities by identifying and showcasing the value of our tax software solutions to new and existing customers;
- Delivering multiple implementation projects simultaneously, working alongside project managers;
- Enabling client retention and relationship management efforts by supporting client relationship managers in their dealings with customers as the technical expert;
- Developing guides, implementation reports, training manuals, and other documentation as required;
- Delivering training sessions and webinars to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Support client conversations by providing technical guidance on our tax software products and services;
- Collaborate with project managers to deliver multiple implementation projects simultaneously;
- Enable client retention and relationship management efforts by supporting client relationship managers;
- Develop necessary documentation and training materials;
