  • As an Associate Director, you will partner closely with Senior People Partners to deliver strategic HR initiatives and business-as-usual activities across a broad portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide tailored HR advice on performance management, conduct, workplace health and safety, grievances, and employment relations matters.
  • Coach leaders on performance improvement plans, job design, and remuneration recommendations.
  • Manage cyclical activities including performance reviews, talent reviews, and annual remuneration processes.
  • Contribute to and deliver people-related projects, including change management and communication strategies.
  • Support organisational restructures, ensuring compliance with legislation and industrial instruments.
  • Partner with Centres of Expertise to execute people initiatives and drive process improvements.

About You:

  • Broad HR generalist experience, ideally within complex or highly regulated environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment legislation, industrial instruments, and HR best practice.
  • Proven ability to influence and build trusted relationships across all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related discipline (preferred).
