Job Summary

As a strategic HR partner, you will work closely with senior business leaders to drive business growth and deliver impactful HR initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior business leaders to develop and execute business strategies that drive employee engagement and retention.
  • Design and implement HR project management initiatives to ensure timely delivery of key projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with employment regulations and compliance in AU/NZ to provide expert-level guidance to the business.
  • Lead award interpretation, contract compliance, and employment legislation to minimize risk.
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders to influence strategic decisions and drive organizational change.
  • Use data and analytics to develop and administer employee performance, engagement, and people metrics that inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HR project management and business partnership with a focus on driving business outcomes.
  • Deep understanding of employment regulations and compliance in AU/NZ with the ability to apply this knowledge to complex business scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
