  • Partner with leaders to develop and deploy culture and development initiatives
Requirements:
  • Exceptional strategic partnership experience and skills
  • Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field
  • Extensive knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated experience working with unions on HR matters
