Job Title: Strategic HR Business Partner

We are seeking a Strategic HR Business Partner to join our team in NSW and Queensland. As a key member of our organisation, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day support and HR advice to people leaders across the region.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to work in a high-performing team environment. A data-driven approach to decision making is essential, as well as strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires the ability to prioritise and manage risks and issues effectively. You will be responsible for analysing people metrics and reporting on key performance indicators, ensuring that our organisation remains competitive in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business growth and improvement
  • Provide expert HR advice and guidance to people leaders across the organisation
  • Analyse and interpret data to inform business decisions and improve outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, with a focus on business partnership and advisory roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a high-performing team
