Job Role

We are seeking a strategic partner to drive business success through expert HR guidance and employee relations management.

This key role will focus on delivering high-quality services to senior leaders, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maintaining a positive work culture.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, HR knowledge, and the ability to navigate complexity and ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

About the Job:

  • Deliver expert advice on employee agreements, performance management, and generalist HR matters.
  • Provide coaching and training to managers and senior leaders to enhance team performance and continuous improvement.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including performance management, conduct issues, and investigations/formal grievances.
  • Drive annual HR activities such as remuneration reviews, talent reviews, and performance management.

Your Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and experience in a similar HR or ER advisory role.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to stakeholder partnerships.
  • Well-developed HR generalist knowledge and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
