Are you a strategic partner who can help drive organisational success through effective people management?

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a HR Business Partner where you will be responsible for providing expert advice on a range of HR services, including recruitment, employee relations and strategic project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
  • Provide guidance and expertise on employment legislation, industrial relations and employee engagement.
  • Contribute to the design and delivery of training programs and workshops that enhance staff capabilities and organisational performance.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in human resource management or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Experience in a generalist workforce/human resources functions including change management, industrial consultation, grievance and disciplinary management, job evaluation, recruitment and conflict resolution.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to liaise at all levels.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of relevant employment and Industrial Relations, EEO, WHS Legislation and State Awards.
