SalaryThe estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 AUD, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the competitive base salary, you will also be offered a comprehensive benefits package.
Job DescriptionThis role involves working closely with key accounts within the construction markets to achieve sales targets and expand market share. The successful candidate will have strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients.
- Participate in internal and external training events to stay up-to-date with industry trends and product developments.
- Conduct site visits and field trials to test products and gather customer feedback.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar sales role.
- Excellent customer relationship, negotiation, and communication skills.
- A strong understanding of the construction industry and its dynamics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer knowledge.
