About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Channel Marketing Manager to join our team at Dulux Group. As a key member of our marketing function, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and developing strong partnerships with our top customers.

As Channel Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with our top 35 customers across Australia, helping them to execute their local area marketing plans and drive business results. You will work closely with internal marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a blend of marketing execution skills, relationship management expertise, and digital marketing knowledge. You will have the chance to work on a wide range of projects, from developing marketing strategies to managing external agencies and analyzing data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to analyze data and inform business decisions
  • Project management and organizational skills
