Sales and Marketing Professional

Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales and budget targets through effective market penetration and market share growth.
- Collaborate with the Target Market Manager to prepare project proposals.
- Participate in internal and external training, trade events, and competitor analysis.
- Identify new business opportunities in construction markets and provide product specifications, demonstrations, and after-sales service.
- Record customer interactions and quotations in Salesforce and conduct regular site visits.
- Ensure compliance with sales, pricing, and expense policies and report changes to product/project forecasts and monthly expenses.
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience in a similar sales role with analytical, organized, and energetic skills.
- Excellent customer relationship, negotiation, and communication skills with ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Three years' experience in managing key accounts within construction markets and proficient in Microsoft Office.
