About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Business Development Expert to join our team at Sika Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales and budget targets, increasing market penetration, and maintaining lists of potential customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining Customer Lists
  • Providing Product Specifications and Demonstrations
  • Recording Customer Interactions
  • Conducting Site Visits and Field Trial Material Testing
  • Reporting to the Target Market Manager


About You

  • At Least 5 Years' Experience in a Similar Sales Role
  • Analytical, Organized, Energetic, and Resilient in Sales Efforts
  • Excellent Customer Relationship, Negotiation, and Communication Skills
  • Ability to Build and Maintain Professional Relationships
  • Three Years' Experience in Managing Key Accounts
  • Competent Team Player with Strong Aptitude for Marketing and Sales
