An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Customer Success Manager to join our team and partner with strategic customers to deliver ROI throughout the customer lifecycle.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business objectives and will work closely with internal teams to advocate for customer requirements.
You will educate customers on new products, features, and best practices and provide exceptional service that inspires customer loyalty and advocacy.
The role involves creating and executing rollout plans with customers, driving adoption and retention of our products, and contributing to SafetyCulture's growth through metrics such as engagement, expansion, and retention.
With a focus on customer-centricity, you will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and share innovative ideas for product development.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for delivering seamless and positive experiences for customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to SafetyCulture.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and experience working with customers and driving business growth. The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
