About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Capability Development Designer to join our team at Electrolux. As a key member of our Learning Team, you will be responsible for driving the learning strategy and implementing a consistent and standardized approach to internal and external customer product training across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and source materials from multiple sources, working closely with stakeholders from category/marketing/product teams and Electrolux factories, locally and overseas.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality and effective product training for both internal and external customers, using varied methods across audio, video, slide decks, and documents.
  • Design and create digital learning and multimedia assets to meet the learning needs of our sales teams across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training materials and evolve training materials based on insights.
  • Update the training library to ensure all training is clearly accessible, with accurate labeling around products/brands contained within modules, and ensuring superseded models are updated/removed.
Requirements
  • Experience in developing innovative course content, learning tools, and multimedia content.
  • Advantageous to also have instructional design and e-Learning design experience.
  • Execute the content strategy as developed by the Training Manager.
  • Manage changing priorities with ease.
  • Experience working with Microsoft, Adobe, and Articulate 360 software.
  • Curious by nature, inquisitive about things, and taking pride in how you communicate.
  • Influential, with the ability to articulate ideas well and build a case that is sound and people can buy into.
  • Results-driven, with a passion for delivering products that change and enhance lives.
  • Excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal communications.
  • Customer-oriented, with a desire to identify and meet the needs of internal and external customers.
