Job Description

The role of an Audit Learning Manager is crucial in providing learning support to the business. You will join a fast-paced environment and help the team succeed by ensuring learning projects are delivered, planned, and managed successfully.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation of locally developed technical learning initiatives and solutions for the Audit practice.
  • Deployment of global audit learning solutions, including content review, content development, and facilitation.
  • Technical audit content development.
  • Management of learning requirements for mandatory learner populations.
  • Liaison with the Learning Operations team to ensure effective and efficient roll out of learning solutions.
  • Governance and regulatory procedures relating to mandatory learning.
  • Adherence to ISQM1 controls for all mandatory learning solutions, including monitoring and documentation requirements.
Requirements
  • CA qualified (or equivalent).
  • Holds current or prior experience with audit and other assurance engagements.
  • Strong written and verbal communications.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong team building skills.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Strong stakeholder management.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise effectively.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Ability to work towards tight deadlines and effectively manage competing priorities.
