Learning Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Learning Solutions Specialist to contribute to delivering impactful learning initiatives that drive professional growth and exceptional training experiences.
Job Description:
The ideal candidate will design and deliver learning solutions based on organisational goals, strategy, and capability framework. They will apply adult learning methodologies to deliver synchronous and asynchronous learning initiatives, including the use of emerging technologies and work practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create flexible learning solutions to meet diverse needs of the organisation and our people.
- Conduct Needs Analysis to identify gaps in skills and knowledge requirements.
- Prepare learning briefs, presentations, reports, and project documentation for stakeholders.
- Capture, analyse, and interpret employee learning data for reporting and evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Tertiary qualification in adult education, instructional design, eLearning, or digital learning.
- In-depth knowledge of adult workplace learning theories and instructional design models.
- Proven skills in instructional design and development of learning experiences and resources.
- Demonstrated knowledge of current and future trends in digital technologies.
- Strong project management skills with ability to scope realistic projects, meet timeframes, and deliver outcomes.
- High-level interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with individuals and teams.
- Demonstrated capacity to work independently and in multi-disciplinary team environments.
