About the Opportunity

">- Collaborate with colleagues to create engaging content for teams at all levels.
- Establish relationships with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to produce high-quality Learning solutions.
- Ensure compliance with policies, legislative requirements, and set a good example.
- Work with People Teams and the wider business to ensure consistency between content and initiatives.
- Identify areas for improvement and report to key stakeholders.
- Develop content, graphics, shoot, and edit video and audio, and deliver some learning sessions.
Key Requirements:
">- Strong learning design skills, preferably within hospitality, retail, events, leisure, or equivalent industries.
- Proficient working knowledge of Articulate 360, Camtasia, Adobe CC, or similar tools.
- Experience managing Learning Management Systems.
- Familiarity with SCORM, graphic editing software, storyboarding, video editing, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Facilitation skills desirable but not essential.
