**Digital Learning Solutions Developer**

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our Digital Learning Enablement team.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing innovative and targeted digital learning solutions for various audiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering digital training solutions using rapid authoring tools and graphics software.
  • Creating a range of learning materials, including animations, games, slide decks, quick reference guides, and screencasts.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of current digital training using adult learning principles and data analysis.

To succeed in this role, you will need strong experience in training design, a knowledge of modern digital training principles, and the ability to tailor training to meet dynamic organisational needs.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Certificate IV in Training & Assessment or equivalent.
  • Experience working in a customer-centric organisation.
  • Proven experience with latest learning technologies and audio recording tools.
