Leading Property Manager for Student Accommodation

About the Role

As a Property Manager Operations (PMO), you will oversee all aspects of our purpose-built student accommodation property in UniLodge Kensington, NSW. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service experience to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain the property's cleanliness and presentation to the highest standards.
  • Nurture key stakeholder relationships as part of a team.
  • Optimise financial return and overall financial performance of the property as outlined in the Financial Model/Budget.
  • Be thoroughly familiar with Operating Agreements and manage the property according to management agreements and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Aid in the preparation of the budget.
  • Resolve issues effectively and efficiently using incident management principles, including grievances and conflict resolution.
  • Provide overall leadership, guidance, and direction to develop a high-performing team of staff.

About You

We are looking for a proactive individual with experience in the Purpose-Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), real estate or hospitality sector. You should be able to handle the hustle and have demonstrated experience in property or building management, leading and managing a team, problem-solving, and incident management.
