We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Manager to lead our front-line team in delivering exceptional resident experiences at UniLodge Kensington. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of reception services, providing an outstanding experience for our residents.

 

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Lead the Front-Line Team: Manage and develop a high-performing team, focusing on recruitment, training, and development opportunities to ensure team members reach their full potential.
  • Resident Support: Assist residents with inquiries related to residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing, providing timely and professional support.
  • Team Performance: Ensure accurate accounting of resident-related accounts, complete check-in and out processes, and provide regular feedback on performance in a supportive and encouraging manner.
  • Liaison and Communication: Collaborate with third-party providers for building facilities management, including maintenance, contract cleaners, and security services.

 

**What We're Looking For:**

  • Industry Experience: Similar work experience within student accommodation or hospitality is essential.
  • Customer Focus: Strong customer service skills and ability to work autonomously, manage diverse tasks, and prioritize time effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to think creatively and independently solve problems.
  • Technical Skills: Confident computer skills, including proficiency in various systems and Microsoft Suite.
  • Work Rights: Unrestricted work rights in Australia are required.
