Our Risk and Business Improvement team is growing, so we are looking for a Junior Process Analyst to join our team.

The Role:

Your role will be focused on process improvement projects across the firm. You'll work within the Risk and Business Improvement team in Sydney, collaborating with Senior Business Analysts and Directors to deliver innovative solutions and drive change.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring project progress and managing project documentation
  • Facilitating communication between project teams and stakeholders
  • Managing individual projects as required
  • Researching and evaluating solutions
  • Building relationships within the business and identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to effectively document business processes
  • Identifying opportunities to optimize workflow using AI and other automation tools
  • Understanding business needs and challenges
  • Contributing to the development of test plans and performing test execution as needed
